Why Silk ?

We proudly create and sell only what we ourselves are inspired and would personally like to wear. We also pay close attention to sustainability and our environmental impact. Thus, we chose silk, to enhance a women's beauty with a natural protein fiber.
Since ancient times, humans have enjoyed the luxurious properties of wearing silk. Its strong, flexible, and durable.
Wearing silk is deeply relaxing. It's almost like being swaddled in a cocoon.
Silk is the most valuable and functional protein fiber. By absorbing sweat and releasing moisture (1.5 times faster than cotton), silk is cool and comfortable in summer and is warm in winter. All thanks to the air layer in the fiber, it contains a natural polymer called sericin.
Sericin protects the skin from both dryness and ultraviolet-radiation. The moisture keeps skin clean and suppresses bacterial growth, it is effective in preventing and treating dermatitis.
Silk and human collagen are made up of the similar amino-acid chain and, therefore, is hypoallergenic and friendly for sensitive skin.
Silk also rubs and strokes the skin gently. It removes unnecessary keratin and pore dirt. It polishes the skin like a skin-care product.

Loopwheel plain knit
100% Silk
Silk yarn itself is fine fibers, so it has been difficult to create a thick texture in knitwear. The conventional popular method to make it thicker was blending silk and other fibers, however our silk knitwear is made of 100% pure silk and has a moderately thick texture.
Japanese traditional loopwheel machines realized the quality of our silk knitwear.
Loopwheel Rib-knit
100% Silk
The rib-knit material is more stretchy and more fitting. The smaller tube allows for no sideseams and comfortable wearing.
Plain stitch silk knit
95% Silk / 5% Spandex
This silk knit stretches vertically, horizontally, and diagonally allowing the body to follow all movements.
Silk satin
95% Silk / 5% Spamdex
It is imported from the French manufacturer, Les Tissages Perrin, who have been suppling the world’s finest silk for 100 years. All fabrics are soft, colorful, thick and lustrous making them gorgeous.
What is Loopwheel knit ?
Loopwheel is a remarkable machine that allows us to utilize generations of knowledge in yarn knitting. This machine produces one meter of tubed material in one hour. Tubes, rather than a flat piece of fabric, allow us to reduce the number of seams in our garments.
Using its slow pace and a small number of yarns makes it possible to achieve the material's unique strength and softness. Thus, our silk knitwear is comfortable all year round. It keeps you cool in summer and warm in winter. In summer, it absorbs and dissipates perspiration quickly. In winter, its warmth is generated through the weave in the material.
Silk yarn is a fine fiber of uniquely textured knitwear, utilizing traditional Japanese loopwheel machines. Using 100% pure silk creates a moderately thick texture, much improved from the conventional blending of silk and other fibers.
